Rick Hilton, whose grandfather founded the Hilton Hotel empire, has enjoyed a remarkable career and has developed close personal ties with many of the most influential people around the globe.  His endeavors include a range of successful pursuits in real estate including commercial real estate financing and sales, as well as real estate development and consulting.  He learned the real estate business in New York City while working at Eastdil Realty Inc., a real estate investment banking firm specializing in commercial real estate.  Rick's thorough understanding of financing and negotiating complicated transactions has enabled him to provide excellent service to his many clients in both commercial and residential real estate.  Rick is also actively involved in the hotel industry where he structures transactions between land owners, developers and hotel management companies.  He is also involved with the financing and sales of hotels.
